I am always searching for a great tasting cup of Joe. You can't beat this single serve product. You can make the water as hot as you like. It comes with number 2 filters, but number 4 filters really do work better. The mug is fine, but I set on a bigger one and it works great. I just like having the control of a "non electric" unit.
