Customer Review: No accounting for user error... or personal taste.

I got one of these for Christmas- I love it. It makes the PERFECT 10oz. cup of coffee everytime. The pods are awesome (if not a little pricey- which I am sure will change if this thing catches on and does well) and the clean-up couldn't be any easier. I wanted to post this VERY POSITIVE review because most of the negative reviews I've read are rooted in one of two things- either user error (the person didn't set the pods properly, etc.) or coffee snobbery. This isn't an espresso machine. If you want a latte or a really strong cup of coffee, then buy an espresso machine or keep paying $3 a cup at Starbucks.
However, if you are an average Joe who likes that one cup of coffee when you just don't want to brew a whole pot- or you hate making coffee at home because you just never get the coffee-to-water ratio right- then this is definitely for you.
I even found two pods I really like and will probably be joining Melitta's online pod club- where pods are sent monthly to you at home. EVEN if I don't join, getting the pods will be easy: TARGET carries the One-to-One AND all the pods.
Three cheers to the best home appliance invented since the microwave.
