Customer Review: Great Product, especially if you live alone.

I found one good mistake with my machine. The accompanying booklet says that it takes one to one-and-half minutes to heat the water for a single cup of coffee. It doesn't. My machine consistently heats the water for a single cup in about 25 seconds! This means from the time I open the sealed coffee pod, place it in the machine, start heating the water, hit the button, and take my first sip it takes a total of about one minute. Best coffee maker I ever had!

The taste? Very good. As good as I have purchased in overly high-priced fu-fu shops named after an astral body and male deer. Some may complain about the taste. But you have to experiment. Try different flavors, and at different strengths. Personally, I use the strongest blend Melitta makes and then hit the button twice for a large cup of coffee. This is also a way to cut down on the cost. I get two cups of coffee out of one pod. (Melitta will read this and jack up the price of its strongest blend. LOL.)

The key to great tasting coffee is experiment with the machine until you get the strength and flavor you want. Isn't that true with ALL coffee makers???

I am generally a tough customer and expect the best, especially when I pay top dollar for a product, as I did with this Melitta One:One. But I am completely satisfied. It is well worth it, not only for the convenience, but more importantly for the taste.

Now, Melitta, we know you read these reviews, when are you going to come out with some more flavors and blends for your new machine?
